Rebecca’s Best of 2016

Reviewer Rebecca shares her favourite reads of the past year…

The Special Ones – Em Bailey

Creepy and highly suspenseful, I couldn’t put it down! The creepiness was enhanced by the fact that it was so plausible.

Beetle Boy – M G Leonard
Such a great all round read, highly entertaining, interesting and great characters. It’s bound to be made into a movie.

Elizabeth and Zenobia – Jessica Miller
Funny, unusual, interesting and a great plot. Not everything was explained or laid out, giving room for the reader to add their own interpretation to the events and characters.

Illuminae (The Illuminae Files #1) – Amie Kaufman and Jay Kristoff

Such a great book. Great characters, great plot, so well written.
