The horror! The action is fast, the puns are punny and the illustrations perfectly capture the peril and the hilarity. Dialogue bubbles, fun fact text boxes and lots of white space, makes this book perfect for newly independent readers or readers who want a good belly laugh. It also has something for the adults who might be reading along, including a few commercial breaks that hark back to adverts from the past.
You might also learn a few frog facts between laughs. Highly recommended.
