Kate Moon’s illustrations are vibrant, cheerful and colourful. The illustrations have been created digitally. Readers can see the illustrator’s individual digital brush strokes and they almost appear to have been produced with crayons! The mothers and children depicted are diverse, so children of different backgrounds can feel represented.
