    The 35th IBBY International Congress

    IBBY have announced details of their 35th International Congress, to be held in New Zealand, 18-21 August 2016.

    The congress celebrates the multiplicity of literacy and of literature. Throughout the world, literacy, and literature, are in many languages and many scripts. Ideas, imagination, and feelings central to literacy and to literature are conveyed through many modes… written, oral, visual, gestural; and in many media… print, digital, performance.
